My thanks must go to Paul Quinn for organising the event and arranging sponsorship by "Wines of Chile".
The event took place on Tuesday 9th September, 2008 in the Glaxo Club. Around 30 people under the expert guidance of Paul tasted and scored a selection of wines, we also had a geography lesson on the best areas in Chile for growing vines.
A raffle was held in aid of my Mayors Charity. Many of the participants left a little light headed but with a greater knowledge of Chilean Wines.
