Firefighters in Windermere and Staveley have been recognised for their commitment to the communities they serve.
The on-call teams were presented with certificates of appreciation by Cumbria Fire Service's Chief Fire Officer, Rick Ogden.
The event was also an opportunity to thank the crew's families and primary employers for their support.
Guests had the chance to tour the station at Windermere and to view a road traffic collision extrication demonstration.
