FOUR new flats are on the cards for a Grade ll-listed building in Kendal's Market Place.
Richard Padley is seeking planning consent to convert partly-vacant first and second floor offices into one-bedroom apartments. The ground-floor businesses - Food takeaway and Max Spielmann photo shop would be unaffected.
Plans have been lodged with South Lakeland District Council.
