Dog fouling reported in Milnthorpe village
A COMPLAINT about dog fouling on Milnthorpe's playing field was reported to Milnthorpe Parish Council by Cllr Steve Hurst.
Cllr Clare Lachmann said the same problem affected other places in the village. Councillors heard that extra dog-fouling bins were "an expensive, and not too effective" way of tackling the problem, while unofficial notices by residents had, in the past, been more effective.
