POLICE in south Cumbria are seeking a man who is said to have behaved 'inappropriately' after approaching a teenage girl.
Officers say the man went up to the 15-year-old in Friars Lane, Barrow-in-Furness, at around 7.30pm yesterday evening.
A force spokesman said: "The male's conduct was alleged to be inappropriate towards the girl and we are seeking information about the incident."
The man, who had a mountain bike with him, is described as white, 5ft 7ins tall with a rough complexion. He was wearing a dark tracksuit and dark 'hoody' with the hood up.
